In order to make-up this work, I'm going to ask you to complete the following:
1. Read the article You Can Teach for Meaning by Jay McTighe, Elliott Seif and Grant Wiggins. This can be found at the ASCD website in the archive - Educational Leadership, September 2004, Volume 62, Number 1. I have e-mailed the article to you.
2. Write a short paper reflecting upon the above article.
3. Complete the homework from our previous session - the Personal Capacity Worksheet.
3. Schedule a time with me to review the article and also a quick review of PD Point. The best time for me would be December 14 between 3:00 and 4:00 at the Longfellow Large Annex. This would be before our next Pro Cert meeting. Please let me know if that works for you.
