Special Board Meeting
The Board of Directors of Everett School District No. 2, Snohomish County, Washington, held a special Board meeting on Monday, November 30, 2009, beginning at 4:30 p.m., in Conference Room C3 of the Educational Service Center, 4730 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington. Those in attendance were: Carol Andrews, Kristie Dutton and Ed Petersen. Absent: Sue Cooper and Karen Madsen. In the absence of President Cooper, Vice President Petersen led the meeting.
BOARD ACTION AND/OR BOARD DISCUSSION
Vice President Petersen called the meeting to order. The purpose of the special meeting was to conduct a Board work session in an informal discussion with legislators to discuss a variety of topics that arose during the past legislative session, and which may arise during the upcoming session, related to the effective operation of public schools. Prior to the meeting, the Board received the attachment (E:72/10).
Representative Mike Sells was present.
Following discussion, Vice President Petersen adjourned the special Board meeting at 5:50 p.m.
