| The Assessment Proposal Form is to be completed by the student prior to meeting with the teacher for the approval of assessment selections. You will need to complete one of the Assessment Proposal Forms for each Standard being assessed. You may select to use the LAP’s as the assessment for some of the Standards. However for some it is required to be assessed differently. | |
