Adding non-LDAP accounts to Blackboard
1. Open Site Manager 2. Click on down arrow by USERS & GROUPS 3. Click on Users 4. Click New User 5. Enter required fields 6. Leave Passport field Unassigned 7. Enter email address and have it email the user
