    Hi Molly and Darla,

     

    Thanks again for your time last week to discuss the Mercer budget. As we discussed, I have attached a revised SOW, reflecting the additional services and budget associated with those services now that you are not participating in the WEA medical plans. Specifically, we made the following changes:

    - In Section B, added comments about experience reporting

    - In Section D, added an item about carrier cost and utilization meetings

    - In the table on page 4, we updated to show full year 2013-2014 actuals, plus added a column to show 2014-2015 YTD thru Oct

    - In the table on page 4, we added the cost and utilization meetings to the Meetings section, and the experience report to the Financial section

    - In the table on page 4, we increased the GA budget by $15K, the Meetings budget by $5K, and the Financial budget by $10K, for the total increase of $30K that we discussed

     

     

    I will not be in attendance at the Dec meeting, but I understand that Darla will present this to the Trust for review and approval. If acceptable, the document can be signed by the Trust chair and returned to my attention (scanned, soft copy is fine, we don't require the hard copy original).
