In all the 16 years I have been involved in the trust we have only announced our meetings and special meetings on the benefit trust website.

I don’t believe the Trust has ever had a request from a newspaper, radio or television station for notification of our special meetings. Darla may know if that kind of request has ever been made. In the past we have only added notifications to our website.



(a) Delivered to each local newspaper of general circulation and local radio or television station that has on file with the governing body a written request to be notified of such special meeting or of all special meetings;
