    I understand that the information will not be ready. However, I have to send out the agenda no later than 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday 8/28 to meet the requirements of RCW 42.30.077 (Public agencies with governing bodies must make the agenda of each regular meeting of the governing body available online no later than twenty-four hours in advance of the published start time of the meeting.) I can note that the documents will be provided at the meeting but were not available for inclusion with the agenda.

    Hi Kellee, 

      

    I am sorry, we won’t be able to meet the Friday timeframe for our piece. We’re making great progress and are close, but need some more time to get some remaining carrier information and complete our materials and allow appropriate time for peer review. We will definitely have it over by EOD Tue, and will try to have it by that afternoon in case any of the trustees are inclined to read it in advance the afternoon before our meeting. 

      

    Please keep me posted on the time of the meeting, we may have some limited flexibility to adjust, but I have another meeting that morning so if we needed to meet earlier, I think the earliest I could do is 11 or 11:30.
