1. You are expected to bring with you to class some lesson plans and resulting student work that you believe you could improve.
2. If it relates to one of your growth plan goals, all the better.
3. Be prepared to share your work.

Ø We will be spending class learning about reflection tools and techniques, including using your colleagues more effectively.
 
Ø We will also use some of those feedback tools to look at your growth plans so be prepared with a full draft.
 
Ø Finally, we will close with some revision time before you are asked to send them to us electronically.
