Executive Session

An executive session to discuss compensation for Darla Van Duren, accountant and Susan Sacha, recorder was convened at 8:25 am. After the discussion a motion was made to increase Darla’s current stipend from $1000 to $1050 per month. Motion passed. A motion was made to issue a monthly stipend of $150 to Susan Sacha. Motion passed.

 

The executive session was adjourned at 8:58 am.
