Executive Session

An executive session to discuss compensation for Darla Van Duren, accountant, and Susan Sacha, recorder, was convened at 6:05 p.m. after the regular meeting of the Trustees. After some discussion it was moved, seconded, and carried to increase effective July 1, 2008 Darla Van Duren’s current monthly stipend 5.65% from $1,102/month to $1,164/month, and to increase Susan Sacha’s monthly stipend 5.65% from $157/month to $166/month.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 6:12 p.m.
