      1.   Call to Order

      The meeting was called to order by Betsy Selders at 4:05 pm

       





      2.   Adoption of Agenda

      The agenda was approved as written.

       





      3.   Plan participation fees discussion

      Sean provided the cost share options and recommendations for Carena, Free & Clear and Sound Health Solutions.

       

      Carena – Mercer is recommending a copayment of $50 per utilization for this service and feels the inclusion of the program is cost neutral with the addition of the copayment. The incentive to use Carena is good because even though the cost is higher than an office visit its more convenience for the member and less costly than an ER copayment. Discussion followed. A motion was made and seconded to accept the Carena proposal. The motion passed.

       

      Free & Clear – Mercer is recommending a copayment of $50 per utilization for this service. If the level of cost share becomes a barrier for participation it can be revisited in the future. Discussion followed. A motion was made and seconded to accept the $50 cost share utilization for Free & Clear. Motion passed.

       

      Sound Health Solutions – Mercer provided cost share options at three levels (10%, 15% and 20%). They projected a modest increase in year one participation at the lower level of cost sharing ($371,000 at a 10% rate and $319,000 at 15%). Discussion followed. A motion was made and seconded to accept a 15% cost share utilization for South Health Solutions. The motion passed.
