Please be advised that the Trust will be providing EAP services through Magellan effective January 1, 2009. Coverage through HorizonCare should continue to be provided to Everett Public School’s employees through December 31, 2008 and the contract with HorizonCare will terminate at midnight on December 31. This decision was made, in part, due to the Trust’s desire to integrate health management services.
