Executive Session Minutes 5.17.10
The Executive Session to review the performance of the Investment Advisor was called to order at 5:41 p.m.
Mike stated that he thought the Investment Advisor was doing fabulous work for the Trust. He was confident that the Investment Advisor had the right people looking at the Trust’s investments and that with their expertise, the Trust had made it through the banking crisis. John stated that he had no reason to question the Investment Advisor’s performance. David and Susan stated they appreciated his efforts on behalf of the Trust. Molly stated she thought the Investment Advisor was knowledgeable and professional and that she has confidence in his service. With his help the transition from Smith Barney went smoothly, and bringing in Becker Associates was a good fit.
The Executive Session adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
