Executive Session Minutes 8.24.09

    This session was called to discuss a performance review for our Wellness Director, Gail B. When Gail was hired last year she was placed on level F4 of the Professional /Technical salary schedule. This was a new position and we placed it on the salary schedule where we felt was appropriate. Gail’s immediate supervisor, Randi, has received lots of positive feedback on Gail’s work, as have the Trustees. The Trustees decided to re-classify Gail’s position to level E-4 on the basis of her fine work and increased responsibility.
