RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

EVERETT SCHOOL EMPLOYEE BENEFIT TRUST

WHEREAS, Trustees of the Everett School Employee Benefit Trust (“Trustees”) are authorized by the Everett School Employee Benefit Trust (“Trust”) to take such action as the Trustees deem necessary to administer and carry out the purposes of the Trust; and

WHEREAS, the Washington State Office of Financial Management adopted new rules for local government self-insurance health and welfare programs in Chapter 82-65 of the Washington Administrative Code (“WAC 82-65”) effective October 1, 2010; and

WHEREAS, the Trustees find that revisions to the Trust Operations Manual for Trustees (“Manual”) are necessary in order to bring the Trust into compliance with the new rules in WAC 82-65;

RESOLVED, that the attached changes to the Manual are hereby adopted to bring the Trust into compliance with the new rules in WAC 82-65.
