Dear Molly:
Attached for review by the Trustees is a proposed letter to go to participants in the Everett School Employee Benefit Trust health benefit programs. This letter may be a bit longer than we discussed, but until we know premium and plan design information, we cannot say for certain what whether the coverage is affordable for those working less than part time. There is bold, bracketed language that will need to be finalized once we have this information from HR and Mercer.
We also think it is important to have this come from the District and the Trust given the tax issues involved and described at the end of the letter.
