| I wanted to touch base with you to remind you (and the Trustees) that I will not be at the next Trust meeting. I will be at a workshop in Chicago and also visiting my family. I gave the Trustees a worksheet at the last Trust meeting for them to a) Agree and/or Approve the revised mission statement of the wellness program (or to keep the existing mission statement with NO changes, as well as to b) craft a Vision Statement out of the mission statement. I had promised to send links to other national school districts with employee wellness programs for the Trustees to review and get ideas about what other districts are doing. I have attached that list. The agenda item then, for the January Trust meeting would be to set goals based on the mission and vision statements. I have attached the worksheets I handed out at the last Trust meeting in case they have lost track of them.
