    Hi Kellee,
      
    Unfortunately we won’t be able to meet this deadline. We knew going into this that we had tight timelines, all the carriers have requested extensions, and we have given them until the morning of the 10 th (the alternative was risking them declining to quote). It will take us more than just that one day to review, ask questions, and prepare our summary. We will try our best to get a copy over in advance of the meeting, but in this particular instance, I can’t guarantee it. I hope you and the trustees will be understanding on this. 
      
    If anyone wants to chat about this before the meeting next week, I am happy to jump on the phone.
