    I will add it to the agenda for first reading. I know when we added the piece about rooms we were mirroring the district’s similar policy and originally the Trust did meet in the board room. I can change the wording to be more generic such as, “to be held in a room at the district’s central office”. I could also include the CRC specifically.

    Can we add this as an item to discuss at our next meeting? It can go in the ‘other’ category if needed. I know Jeff, Randi, Darla and I discussed some of this last week. I am not sure where we ended up. I will also give them a heads up. 

      

    Also, I know it has caveats, but do we need to list the actual room the meetings are held in? Can’t we just say the CRC or on District property and properly advertised?
