    Good Afternoon,
      
    You have been identified as families that participate in dual insurance coverage benefits with Aetna.   
      
    We have been informed that Aetna has created a very smooth and streamlined process for you as the customer, however it differs from the way that we have administered the dual coverage in the past.   
      
    You will no longer have two cards and two ID numbers to utilize.   Aetna has consolidated your coverage onto one number and one plan that covers your utilization at 100%.   
      
    Within the next week, a representative from Aetna will be reaching out to you to share with you a little bit more about how the plans work and which card you should be using and plan specifics.   (Yes you read that correctly, an individual from Aetna will be calling each and every one of you to discuss your coverage.   How ’s that for excellent customer service? )
