| Our next scheduled Trust meeting is next Wed 5/17. My schedule originally had me in Seattle for a couple of days, 5/17 and 5/18, but it has shifted and I need to be back in Boise for a meeting here the morning of Thu 5/18. My only agenda item is to present Mercer’s proposed Statement of Work for the 2017-2018 fiscal period. I am absolutely happy to be there in person for this if that is your preference, but given the positive conversation after Melanie’s remote presentation last month, I wanted to see if you would be open to me presenting the SOW over the phone. If it helps, I don’t anticipate presenting any changes in proposed scope or fees; it is still going through final review, but I don’t expect any significant changes. Please let me know what you think. I can work with Kellee on the logistics (we can use my conference line) if this is the approach you’d like to take. | |||||||||||||||
