    Attached is the proposed revised Procedure 250P. The revision date contemplates that the first reading will be in November and the Trustees will adopt it in December.   The point here is to give flexibility with reserves given 2018 decisions and the likely 2020 sunset of the Trusts plan offerings. 
      
    I will plan on participating by phone next Wednesday and if possible, it would probably be a good idea for me to be present during Jason’s presentation.

    I am going to be providing Kellee with a minor mark-up to finance procedure 250P after talking with Jason and Darla a couple of weeks ago.   I know Jason will be attending the meeting to talk through the best path forward on the investment policy and overall approach to the Trust fund.   Do you want me at the meeting next week?   I can also easily participate via telephone.   I am trying to be cognizant of time charges, etc.
