    Oops! Clearly we needed your guidance. We should have been more formal and had a motion and a second, but we apparently forgot that part. We did unanimously decide that the financial and support services personnel would be given a percentage raise that is equal to the raise they will receive in their normal work classification.
    Does that make sense? So if you get a 3.1% raise in your regular work assignment, you would also get a 3.1% increase in the stipend that the trust gives you. 
     
    Sorry that we messed that up a little bit.

    Below is the wording from last year’s executive session to review compensation for Trust financial and support services. Would you please let me know what you would like to list for this in the minutes?

    The purpose of the executive session was to review compensation for Trust financial and support services. They returned to open session at 5:10 p.m. A motion was made by Kelly Shepherd and seconded by Susan Lindsey to increase the stipends for the Trust ’s financial and support services by 2.1% plus COLA if the state passes it.
