*Focus – physical activity A few reasons why we should switch this year: *New program could bring more interest; keeping the wellness program fresh *Focus is on stress reduction and total health, not just physical activity *Later start date as to not overwhelm employees at the start of a new school year *Will go through Thanksgiving so people can develop healthy “coping skills ” for all holidays *Not everyone wants to do a physical activity program, but most everyone needs to create healthier habits for feeling better (myself included) *Longer duration of program can help solidify someone’s commitment to healthy habit changes Please let me know if you have any other questions.
