From what I remember, the audio did not work well so Darla had me add the conference room number for Jayson to call that directly instead of using the number provided by Zoom. Her emails are attached if it helps at all.

Kathi,

Jarrett asked me why you need the conference room number. See his note below.

And BTW, Jayson should call the zoom conference bridge instead of the conference room.

They call the 1-888 number and put in the meeting number.

That patches them into the meeting

even if it's just audio

I have not been part of these in the past so was not sure what to do. The number for the conference room is correct. Jarrett—our IT guy—will be setting up the camera, etc. tomorrow afternoon as has been done in the past. Please set up the Zoom invite as normal. Yes we will be starting at 3:00.

Okay, but I’m a little confused as this is different that how Darla and I have done it in the past.   She requested that I set up the Zoom invite and then her and the IT person would work with me to get everything set up prior to the meeting as Jayson will need to be on camera in our conference room.



I usually set up the Zoom invite and add all of the attachments that you sent in your email along with the conference room phone number for Jayson to call into.



Are you planning on doing something differently or would you like me to set up the Zoom invite?   If you set it up, please include me and Jayson on your invite so we can get the web conference set up properly tomorrow.   Do you want me in our conference room at 3pm to work with you/IT on getting this all set up?
