| I have heard from Kelly, Gregg and Susan that they are likely not able to attend the meeting tomorrow. If that is the case, we would not have a quorum and no decisions or actions could be taken at the meeting. | |||||||||||||||
| Adam…would you like to proceed with the meeting tomorrow without a quorum or would you like to cancel the meeting? If a decision is made to cancel, I need to put a notification on the district webpage as soon as possible. The next regularly scheduled meeting is on September 19. The Trustees can decide to hold a special meeting before September 19 if necessary. | |||||||||||||||

Hi Kellee-
Like , Kelly I will also be involved in PD on Wed. the 28th at my building. Of course, assuming the membership passes the Tentative Agreement. I will be unable to attend this Trust meeting. I believe Susan will be in the same boat......., but can't confirm that.
