    Hi Kellee,
      
    The trustees do not typically make decisions at this meeting, but it is the annual meeting where we initially present renewals, budget projections (and projected level of surplus/deficit), employee contributions and discuss potential deficit-reducing options vs. reserve spend-down. Typically, the trustees have then wanted time to digest, discuss with membership, and for us to come back with alternative scenarios with that “extra” meeting happening in early Sept. 
      
    As opposed to canceling should we see about pushing the meeting start time to later in the day? Both Nick and I are able to meet later. Randi mentioned meeting with her staff until 3:30, if that applies to the others we could revert to our usual meeting time of 4-6?
