I believe that one of the items on the Trust meeting agenda for tomorrow is to hear from Mercer the proposed plan renewals and rates for the upcoming fiscal year. In the past the Trust has heard these proposals and then voted during the September meeting on plans, rates and other renewal information.

I have heard from Kelly, Gregg and Susan that they are likely not able to attend the meeting tomorrow. If that is the case, we would not have a quorum and no decisions or actions could be taken at the meeting.



Adam…would you like to proceed with the meeting tomorrow without a quorum or would you like to cancel the meeting? If a decision is made to cancel, I need to put a notification on the district webpage as soon as possible. The next regularly scheduled meeting is on September 19. The Trustees can decide to hold a special meeting before September 19 if necessary.
