I think scheduling another meeting after the 19thmight be a better way to go. There are enrollment meetings every day after the start of school that Jeff and Larry must attend.

I am waiting to hear from Adam regarding the 10th. I will let you know when I hear back from him.

9/17 and 9/18 are out for me, I have a meeting in Chicago Tue morning, I am flying there Mon and then flying to Seattle Tue afternoon. Although with the meeting already scheduled for 9/19, I am not sure how useful it is meeting just a day or two in advance of that.

Worst case scenario, and I’d want Randi’s input on this, but we could use the 9/19 meeting to present the renewal/budget info. With SEBB on the horizon, I suspect there won’t be much appetite for any plan changes, and the discussion will center around the level of reserve spenddown via ee contribution adjustments to get as close to a $0 reserve by the end of 2019 - and if they get that close to $0, we’d have a scenario in which plans aren’t changing, and ee contribution increases are pretty modest, so perhaps less prep time needed for OE, and we could schedule a meeting after the week of the 9/19 meeting for formal approval?

    Hi Sean,

Yes finding a time for them to meet after school starts will not be easy. I can propose the 10 th although I see Larry and Jeff are both not available. What is your schedule like on the 17 th

Hi Kellee – Nick and I could both do the afternoon of Mon 9/10 if that happens to work for the group. The reschedule is unfortunate, calendars may be a bit tricky this time of year on such short notice, but we’ll do our best to make it work.

    Trustees,

I have heard from Kelly, Gregg and Susan that they are likely not able to attend the meeting tomorrow. If that is the case, we would not have a quorum and no decisions or actions could be taken at the meeting.

Adam…would you like to proceed with the meeting tomorrow without a quorum or would you like to cancel the meeting? If a decision is made to cancel, I need to put a notification on the district webpage as soon as possible. The next regularly scheduled meeting is on September 19. The Trustees can decide to hold a special meeting before September 19 if necessary.

    Thank you.
