    Darla – let me know when you have some time to connect on this. Given that the SOW resets on 7/1, if we are not able to resolve this week, I will need to issue a Project Initiation Form – basically just an email that carries forward current terms until a new SOW is effectuated. It’s really just administrative on our part, allowing me to keep billing codes open and for our team continue to provide any necessary services while we work through the SOW.
