Thank you so much for checking.   From my perspective, when I approved the distributing the remaining balance we would follow a similar patter of allocation.   I think the nature of the responsibilities and time to complete is the basis of the difference and that same differentiation in responsibilities would continue as we close out.

Hello Trustees, 

  

I met with the auditor, Bruce again this morning to give him the December financials. 

  

We discussed the final invoices and bills for January to liquidate the account. Bruce would like me to clarify  the intent (percentage split) of the remaining balance distribution for administrative costs to liquidate the account.. 

  

Currently Kellee N. and Darla V. receive a 20/80 split on the costs associated with administrative expenses. 

  

What percentage were you intending for the remaining  balance?
