At the end of the December meeting we briefly talked about how to approve meeting minutes since we no longer have official meetings. I just wanted to be sure it is ok to email the December meeting minutes out to the Trustees to get their approval electronically. I would of course keep their responses as verification. Also, Darla and I were talking about the February meeting. If there are no items that would require the Trustees’ to vote or approve anything, can we forego the meeting and just provide the information to them through email?
