Time for CTE staff
Examples of areas to focus on are: curriculum, common assessments, instructional practices, grading, common calendars, course standards
Objective - a strategic position to be attained or a purpose to be achieved (a higher level idea)
Goal - the end toward which effort is directed (an achievable chunk)
Outcome - something that follows as a result (what you achieve when your objective is met)
Example:
Objective: Eat better
Goal: Eat 2000 calories a day
Goal: Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables a day
Outcome: Lose weight, lower blood pressure
