MONTHLY BUILDING SAFETY INSPECTIONS
Ensure all electrical/mechanical and boiler rooms are free of trash and maintained in an orderly manner. All flammable liquids and aerosol cans are stored in the flammable storage cabinet. All roof drains and exterior drains that may cause flooding are unobstructed and operational. Send completed form to Maintenance and retain copy for inspection file.
