WEEKLY FIRE SUPPRESSION INSPECTIONS
Ensure fire valves are in their proper positions. All pull stations and main fire alarm panels are unobstructed and operational. Ensure fire extinguishers are operational and have not been tampered with. Send completed form to Maintenance the last Monday of every month, and retain a copy in an emergency file.
