through the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program, also called ECEAP
(pronounced “e”-cap)

ECEAP is a FREE preschool program for three- and four-year-old children from families with limited income. If your family qualifies for free or reduced lunch, or basic food benefits, you may be eligible to enroll. Children in or adopted from foster or relative care are also eligible. Optional to add: ECEAP prepares children for kindergarten and includes family support and health and nutrition services. It is funded in partnership with Snohomish County Human Services and Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families.
