Resolution 784: Authorizing the Superintendent and/or Associate Superintendent
of
Finance and Operations to Submit a Request for Eligibility for the Washington
State School District Credit Enhancement Program
The Administration recommends the Board adopt Resolution 784: Authorizing the
Superintendent and/or Associate Superintendent of Finance and Operations to
submit a
request for eligibility for the Washington State School District Credit Enhance
Program
(ATTACHMENT). If eligible, the District can potentially realize substantial
savings by
using the state’s credit rating when selling general obligation bonds.

Approval of the Educational Specifications for Eisenhower Middle School
Modernization
The Administration recommends the Board of Directors approve the educational
specifications for the Eisenhower Middle School modernization (ATTACHMENT).
These educational specifications were prepared by Mahlum Architects and
District staff.
A committee was formed, composed of Eisenhower Middle School staff and other
District
staff, to assist in the creation of these educational specifications. This
document will be
used by project architect Hutteball & Oremus Architects in designing the
Eisenhower
Middle School modernization project. Approval of the educational
specifications is part
of the process to establish eligibility for state matching funds.
