           a.  Proposed Revised Policy 3610—Child Custody (regarding the absence of a court    order)—first reading  

           The attached proposed revised Policy 3610—Child Custody, is submitted to the Board  of Directors for first reading at this time, with adoption to be recommended at a future  Board meeting (ATTACHMENT). The proposed changes are recommended in light  of a recent court decision which states that in the absence of a court order, the student  will be released to either custodial or noncustodial parent.

                      		 
          b.  Report—Community Services

          The Administration will provide a report on the Community Services Department and its role in coordinating the use of District facilities and fields for after-school and community activities (ATTACHMENT).
