    adopted under Chapters 18.51 and 74.42 RCW

    disqualify me from volunteering or terminate my opportunity to volunteer with the District. I further agree that if at

    proceeding, or become the subject of a complaint made to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, I
    will immediately notify the Everett Public Schools Volunteer Coordinator.
