           a.  School Improvement Planning Process Review & Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) 

             An administrative team will present information about the school improvement      planning process and adequate yearly progress (AYP) requirements, sanctions and    responses (ATTACHMENT). This presentation is an evolving communication tool.    Expect subtle adjustments to the document. It will also change depending upon the    work of the agencies tasked with interpreting federal rules and legislation from the    current session.

          b.  Financial Reports

           Financial reports as of November 30, 2009 are provided for the Board of Directors’  review (ATTACHMENT). The reports include year-to-date information on revenues  and expenditures, General Fund projections, a cash report and an investment summary.
