The Curriculum and Special Education Departments have worked together to involve staff     and community members in the alignment and coordination of curriculum and the       selection of common instructional material for the District special education program       K-12. The process used and the relationship of the Special Education reading       program to other District reading projects will be presented. The District has adopted       various reading programs in the past.
