Subject: Meeting Schedule for 10/11 School year
Discussion: Meeting dates were set for 2/23 and 4/25 with extra meetings to be set/discussed as needed.
     
     
     
     
Action/Proposal: Calendar dates were accepted by committee
     
     
     
Subject: NATEF Mid Program review
Discussion: Smith informed committee of receiving documentation from NATEF requiring the committee to perform the 2.5 year audit. Smith explained the documents/forms received and what the process required was. The committee will evaluate the program on a 1-5 scale in all areas of certification using the NATEF provided forms.
     
     
     
     
Action/Proposal: Smith will provide forms for all members. Audit will be conducted at the 2/23 meeting which will be extended to 2 hours to accommodate the activity. Smith/Fender will provide dinner (to be decided) and a regular meeting will be conducted as well.
 
Subject: WASTS Conference
Discussion: Smith reported on the conference he attended. He attended training on Tire equipment from Hunter engineering, Fords EcoBoost engine from Ford Motor Company and attended a tour of the NAPA warehouse in Kent. Saturday he attended training on lift inspection from Kirby McFarland of Equipment Supply.
