Cascade students did not attend (did not feel prepared), Jodi reviewed the CAP project.

Providence - Volunteer program which matches students with their interests.
Just 2 Dads of Allstate - possibility of Internships, volunteering at the mill Creek Festival
Have Mary Waggoner develop a press release calling for ideas regarding Internships, volunteer opportunities and site visits.
What are our regional labor market trends telling us for Snohomish/ King County?
There is a huge demand in the Health care industry and a great outlook for nurses. However a lack of instructors because no one wants to leave Industry.
Cut backs in colleges, running start students are taking up spots so the program may be cancelled.
Tuition is going up 14% along with housing.
Using GET Plans and 529 can help pay for college now however GET is managed by the Washington government, scary. 529 is the best bet.
WAVE is cancelled due to lack of funding.
Promote Tech Prep and College in the high school by including the cost savings.
