Nationals Recap
Cascade and Jackson took 5 students with 2 Advisors to Louisville. Students competed in a variety of events and also got to see historic sites in the Louisville area. Looked at how these historic sites had a marketing impact.
Two Year Plans
Each educator reviewed and elaborated on the information included in the 2-year plans.
Teresa shared a career lesson her daughter was doing in her English class.
Karlene asked” how the HSPE has a career impact?”, also shared a game of life scenario taught at Snohomish High School.
Jennifer asked “what would you like to do for us?” – Classroom presentations about the given industry or industry in general.
ITT Tech pays for buses and lunch if groups are interested in visiting the campus.
Rose has her students completing projects with a career and community service focus.
Projects Rose is working with students on ACAP summer Experience, Superior Courthouse visits.
CTE Business and Marketing Award/Recognition (continue discussion)
Offering awards which recognize a larger group of students.
Can sponsors be found or is their already an existing event that we can join in with.
Edmonds has a CTE Dinner, maybe we could partner with SnoIsle Skills Center.

Email the recurrent letter to take to the chamber of Commerce.
