Authorization to Call for Bids: Eisenhower Middle School Modernization and
Addition The Administration recommends the Board of Directors authorize a call for bids for the Eisenhower Middle School modernization and addition project. The work proposed will include the modernization of 83,790 square feet, demolition of 11,076 square feet of existing buildings and the construction of 24,206 square feet of additional building area to infill between the existing buildings. In addition, this project includes the development of a new vehicular access to 104th Place S.E., a covered play structure and four tennis courts. Bids should be ready for consideration at the March 22, 2005, Board meeting and construction is scheduled to begin in April, 2005. Estimated construction cost is $16,700,000. | |
