Pondering question: What is the appropriate mix of academic, occupational and technical skills required for the emerging labor market?

How has it changed in the last 10 years and if so how

Does academic preparedness precede workforce skills i.e. does one need a

degree prior to a high demand livable wage job

High Demand – High Wage – High Skill
