      1. ______A 4-year-old is considerably underweight for her age. She comes to your center in the same worn and dirty clothes day after day. She needs a bath. The other children make fun of her and won't play with her.
       
       
      2. _______You are aware that the parents of two children, ages 3 and 7, both spend much of their time out of the house due to job responsibilities. They often do not return home until 8 p.m. The children make dinner for themselves and put themselves to bed.
