| The Board of Directors of Everett Public Schools, Snohomish County, Washington, held a special Board meeting on Friday, August 6, 2004, beginning at 1 p.m., in the Board Room of the Educational Service Center, 4730 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington. Those in attendance were Sue Cooper, Kristie Dutton, Karen Madsen, Paul Roberts and Roy Yates. |

BOARD ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION
President Dutton called the special meeting to order and recessed immediately
into executive session for discussion of potential litigation. Dr. Whitehead
announced the session would be of approximately 45 minutes’ duration.
President Dutton re-convened the special meeting at 1:45 p.m. and adjourned
immediately.
