| The Board of Directors of Everett Public Schools, Snohomish County, Washington, held a special Board meeting on Wednesday, September 8, 2004, beginning at 7 p.m., in the Board Room of the Educational Service Center, 4730 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington. Those in attendance were Sue Cooper, Kristie Dutton, Karen Madsen, Paul Roberts and Roy Yates. |

BOARD ACTION AND/OR DISCUSSION
President Dutton called the special meeting to order and recessed immediately
into executive session for discussion of litigation. Dr. Whitehead announced
the session would be of approximately 1 ½ hours’ duration.
President Dutton re-convened the special meeting at 8:30 p.m. and adjourned
immediately.
