a. Presentation—Total Health Management Program
The Administration will share information regarding the Everett School Employee
Benefit
Trust’s new total health management program. One of the goals is to
incorporate wellness
(health and productivity management—HPM) into the existing health program.
b.
Financial Reports as of November 30, 2005
Financial Reports are provided for the Board of Directors’ review
(ATTACHMENT). The reports include year-to-date information on revenues and
expenditures, General Fund projections, a cash report and an investment
summary. | |

Recommendation for Membership on Disciplinary Appeal Council In accordance with Policy 3320, the Administration recommends the following for membership on the Disciplinary Appeal Council whose role will be to hear and decide discipline and short-term suspension grievance appeals: Associate Superintendent for Instruction; Executive Director for Curriculum & Alignment; and one of the Executive Directors of K-12 Education, Area 1 or 2 (depending upon the Area from which the appeal originates). In addition, one alternate is recommended for the Council: Executive Director for Human Resources. Membership on the Council is for a period of one year. The Council will also include a Board member-at-large. | |
The Board will entertain a motion concerning the resignation of Board member Paul Roberts effective January 4, 2006 (ATTACHMENT). Mr. Roberts has served on the Board since 1999. | |
